Abstract

Il presente documento delinea un’iniziativa strategica volta a supportare e potenziare l’attuale panorama italiano delle startup verticali in materia di intelligenza artificiale attraverso la creazione di un ecosistema nazionale che, veicolato tramite l’Ente Nazionale per l’Intelligenza Artificiale (d’ora in avanti ENIA), possa far decollare la competitività e l’innovazione responsabile. Il progetto, tenendo in debita considerazione l’attuale quadro giuridico-economico europeo, le raccomandazioni delineate nell’ultimo "Rapporto Draghi" ed il recente "AI Continent Action Plan" pubblicato dalla Commissione Europea, punta a promuovere uno sviluppo etico, responsabile e sostenibile rispetto alle sfide del futuro. I tre pilastri che accompagnano tale iniziativa sono: visibilità, attraverso una spinta costante e capillare nel mostrare al comparto istituzionale, pubblico e privato, i progetti di grande valore del territorio nazionale (ci. soprattutto per attrarre e favorire gli investimenti); responsabilità, attraverso l’istituzione di programmi formativi specifici non solo in ambito tecnico ed etico, ma anche e soprattutto imprenditoriale (creazione, gestione e profittabilità di una startup innovativa); abilità, attraverso lo sviluppo di una  rete di mentor qualificati e meccanismi premiali nei confronti delle realtà talentuose esistenti (e in divenire) del nostro territorio.
